Remuneration for Non-Executive Members of the Board of Directors

The package for the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Non-Executive Directors of the Company also comprises participation in the Company's equity incentive plan as approved by the general meeting of shareholders on 31 October 2006 pursuant to article 2:135 of the Dutch Civil Code.
The remuneration of the Executive Director is in accordance with the relevant employment agreement.
