• Erwin den Dikken – Chief Legal Officer
  Erwin den Dikken joined the legal department of AerCap in 1998. In 2004 he was appointed Head of the Group Legal Services department. This department is responsible for structuring, drafting and negotiating aircraft lease, sale & purchase and (structured) finance transactions. Prior to joining AerCap, Erwin den Dikken worked for an international packaging company in Germany as senior legal counsel with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Erwin den Dikken holds a law degree from Utrecht University in the Netherlands.
