• Patrick den Elzen – Head of Trading
  Patrick den Elzen joined AerCap in 2003 as Vice President Financial Engineering. In 2005 he was appointed as the Head of Portfolio Management responsible for aircraft acquisitions and sales, the Group's financial assets, and for management of the portfolio's credit and asset quality and performance. Prior to joining AerCap, he worked as Senior Vice President Corporate Development with IEM Airfinance for two years and before that for eight years in various capacities with ING Bank and ING Lease. He holds an MBA from the University of Amsterdam and graduated in Business Administration and International Financial Markets.
