debis AirFinance Acquires Two B737-500
debis AirFinance has
announced that it has purchased two Boeing 737-500 from Euralair
International on August 8 and August 10, 2001 respectively. Both aircraft
are on lease to the Polish national carrier LOT Polish Airlines, a new
customer for debis AirFinance.
debis AirFinance has a total
owned and managed fleet of 217 jets and turboprops (Boeing incl. MDC,
Airbus, Fokker, ATR/DHC) worth around US$ 5 billion. In addition, debis AirFinance
has an order of 32 Airbus A320-family aircraft valued at approximately US$
1.5 billion. The company, headquartered at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport,
enjoys a worldwide presence with other offices in Shannon (Ireland) and
Fort Lauderdale/Florida (United States).
