Closed B737-200 Lease with ANI

AirFinance has entered into a two year operating lease agreement for a
B737-200 with PT. Aero Nusantara Indonesia (ANI). The aircraft was
delivered to ANI on 24 November 2001. ANI, a maintenance provider based in
Jakarta, will provide the maintenance of the aircraft and sublease it to
Star Air Indonesia.

incl. MDC, Airbus, Fokker, ATR, DHC) worth around US$ 5 billion and an
order of 32 Airbus A320-family aircraft valued at approximately US$ 1.5
