AirFinance Has Closed Fleet Management Agreement
For 41 Dornier Aircraft
debis AirFinance, one of the world
leaders in aircraft leasing, financing and asset management, announced
today that is has signed a service agreement with Wings Aircraft Finance for the lease
management of 41 Dornier 328-110 turboprops. debis AirFinance started
servicing the portfolio, which is currently on lease to two airlines in the
US, on 1 February 2003.
Under the terms of the agreement,
debis AirFinance will provide the complete management of the lease
portfolio including aircraft remarketing, contracts management, technical
monitoring and receivables management.
The service agreement now closed
increases the total owned and managed fleet of debis AirFinance to 250
aircraft (Boeing incl. MDC, Airbus, Fokker, Dornier, ATR, DHC). debis AirFinance provides
aircraft leasing and financing to airlines and asset management services to
third parties such as investors and banks. The company, headquartered at
Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport, enjoys a worldwide presence with other
offices in Shannon (Ireland) and Fort Lauderdale (United States).
