The International Trade Compliance Manager develops and directs all trade compliance activities, is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the company’s trade compliance program, and ensures compliance with all relevant domestic and international trade compliance laws. The manager will divide his or her time in the following ways: the management and continuous improvement of the trade compliance program, monitoring transactions, engaging with and overseeing actions of direct reports and third parties involved in import/export operations, engaging with company leadership and legal function concerning emerging trade compliance matters, working in cross-functional setting on efforts aimed at making processes more effective and efficient for all involved, and training employees on trade compliance matters.
