Job Summary
AerCap is seeking a motivated individual to join its Group Finance team as International Payroll Tax and Accounting Manager. In this position, you will work with the team in managing global employment tax compliance and reporting , reviewing global payrolls, and supporting operational and compliance aspects of our global employee share plans. You will also prepare, analyze, and review payroll and employee related spend in order to explain trends within the SG&A function. With AerCap, you will be challenged to develop yourself, to extend your knowledge and skills and to proactively participate in projects and to improve and professionalize processes in the company. The ideal candidate is a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent) and qualified tax advisor (CTA or equivalent) with relevant working experience.
