Job Summary
AerCap is seeking a highly motivated, dynamic individual to join the AerCap IT team. AerCap has modernised its IT landscape through a substantial transformation initiative and is now shifting focus toward continuous improvement and adopting next‑generation technologies, including AI‑driven capabilities. This is a senior people manager role within the IT organisation reporting to the Group CIO, responsible for setting architecture direction, architectural standards, and shaping enterprise-wide solutions across a relatively mature application, data, and cloud landscape. The role sits at the intersection of business problem-solving, enterprise architecture, and technical design, with a strong emphasis on application integration, data platforms, and Microsoft services.
