AerCap Holdings N.V. to Release Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2011 Financial Results on February 22, 2012

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, January 11, 2012 - AerCap Holdings N.V. ("AerCap," NYSE: AER) announced today that it will host a conference call and webcast for investors and analysts at 9:30 am Eastern Time / 3:30 pm Central European Time on Wednesday, February 22, 2012 to review its fourth quarter and full year 2011 financial results.

AerCap's fourth quarter and full year 2011 earnings press release will be released before financial markets open in the United States on February 22, 2012.
