Start of AerCap's Second Quarter 2013 Earnings Call on August 6, 2013 Rescheduled to 9:00 am Eastern Time

AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands, July 24, 2013 - AerCap Holdings N.V. ("AerCap," NYSE: AER) announced today that it has rescheduled the start of its second quarter 2013 earnings call on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 to 9:00 am Eastern Time / 3:00 pm Central European Time, thirty minutes earlier than previously announced.

AerCap's second quarter 2013 earnings press release will be released before financial markets open in the United States on August 6, 2013. A copy of the press release will be posted on the "Investor Relations" section of AerCap's website at http://www.aercap.com.
