AeroTurbine Signs Ten Year Surplus Remarketing and Supply Chain Management Service Agreement with Chromalloy for Gas Turbine Engine/APU Material

AMSTERDAM and MIAMI, April 20  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AerCap Holdings N.V. ("AerCap," NYSE: AER) announced today that its subsidiary AeroTurbine Inc., Miami, has signed a ten year agreement with Chromalloy Gas Turbine LLC. Under this agreement, AeroTurbine will provide supply chain management services for Chromalloy owned surplus engine/auxiliary power unit (APU) material.  This program includes running the Warehousing, Shipping, Records Reconstruction, Quality Control, and Inventory Control System functions in Chromalloy's Newnan, Georgia facility.  Furthermore, AeroTurbine will have the ability to remarket the material through its global sales and marketing network.

The initial inventory selected for inclusion in this program includes in excess of 50,000 line items of CFM56, CF6, PW4000, PW2000, V2500, JT8D, various whole APUs/APU piece parts and ground power engine piece parts.  The agreement allows for further expansion with material surplus from Chromalloy.
