AerCap Announces Component Agreement with OEMServices
DUBLIN – March 7, 2024 – AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AER) today announced that it has signed a seven-year component sale and leaseback agreement with OEMServices S.A.S. (“OEMServices”).
As part of the agreement, AerCap Materials will provide a substantial inventory of Airbus A220 aircraft components to support OEMServices’ extensive airline customer base. This latest agreement is a further example of the inventory financing solutions provided by AerCap Materials to OEMServices across various platforms, including Airbus A320 and Airbus A380 lines.
