AerCap and the University of Limerick Announce Recipient of the 2023 Women in Aviation Scholarship Program

DUBLIN – December 14, 2023 - AerCap Holdings N.V. (“AerCap” or the “Company”) (NYSE: AER), and the University of Limerick (“UL”), today announced that Roisin Philbey, a student in Aeronautical Engineering, is the recipient of this year’s AerCap Women in Aviation Scholarship.

Originally from Dublin, Roisin was selected following a thorough application process that focused on the students’ passion for aviation as well as their academic achievements. As part of the scholarship, students receive a bursary of €5,000 a year over the 4-year program and the opportunity to obtain firsthand experience in the aviation leasing industry through an eight-month internship with AerCap.
