2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
The Company held its 2023 annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 10:30 a.m. (Amsterdam time) at the offices of NautaDutilh N.V. at Beethovenstraat 400, 1082 PR Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
The AGM adopted the 2022 annual accounts and voted for all other items which required a vote.
