AerCap Ordinary Dividend Information
As detailed in our Form 20-F, AerCap dividends should be treated as qualifying dividends for US tax purposes (for non-corporate US shareholders that meet certain holding period requirements), based on relevant market data and assuming that AerCap Holdings NV was not classified as a PFIC. AerCap Holdings NV does not expect to be classified as a PFIC going forward, based on the nature of its assets and the sources and nature of its income.
The above is a general summary of the position in respect of the dividends paid by AerCap Holdings NV and should not be considered tax advice. It does not cover all tax matters that may be of importance to particular investors. All investors are strongly urged to consult their own tax advisors about the tax consequences of the receipt of any dividends. This summary does not address any non-US tax matters. This summary is intended only to address any dividends that were paid up to 2025, and it does not address dividends that may be paid in any future years.
