Job Summary

This is a permanent position within the IT department of AerCap reporting to the Director of Digital Operations and based in Shannon, Ireland. We are looking for a motivated, technically proficient, and capable Senior Technical Operations Engineer to join our team.
As a senior TechOps Engineer, you will be working with the global IT team supporting our users, systems and infrastructure, and providing operational support for critical infrastructure services working closely with our managed service partners. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of Techincal Operations in a professional manner and assisting with emergency and unexpected situations.
